e-Arrival Card

Good to know

  • Cambodia has required the e-Arrival Card for air arrivals since 1 July 2024. It replaces the paper immigration, health and customs forms with one online card.
  • It is for airport arrivals. Travellers using river border crossings fill in the paper form, so check your route on the portal.
  • It is not a visa. Even travellers with an issued e-visa must complete it. Registering and updating it is free through the website or the Cambodia e-Arrival app.
  • After you submit, save the QR code as a screenshot or print it before you close the page, and show it to immigration on arrival.

How to submit

  1. Open the official site from the button on this page, not from a search ad.
  2. Keep your passport, flight details and accommodation address ready.
  3. Fill in the form during the allowed window.
  4. Save the confirmation or QR code as a screenshot, and print it if you can.
  5. Show the confirmation at check-in or immigration if you are asked.

Never pay to submit an arrival card

The official forms listed here are free. Sites that charge a fee to fill in the form for you are not the official portal. We never ask for your passport details and we never submit forms for you.

Common mistakes

  • Paying a third-party site. The official form is free.
  • Submitting outside the allowed window, which can cause the form to be rejected.
  • Typing details that do not match your passport exactly.
  • Assuming that no visa means no arrival card. They are separate.
