Filling in separate forms for four people on one phone is slow. The Korea e-Arrival Card has a way to do it in one go. This page explains the two options and the simple rule for children.

Short answer

Two types are described by several guides. The individual declaration can include up to 9 people by adding travellers. The group declaration is for 2 to 1,000 people, usually for tour operators, and one guide suggests submitting 100 or fewer at once.

For a normal family, the individual form with extra travellers is the easy choice.

Which form to pick

  • Family of 2 to 9: individual form, add each traveller.
  • More than 9, or a tour: group form.
  • Different flights or arrival dates: keep them separate. A Singapore guide says family submissions work when everyone travels on the same flight with the same arrival date.

Children

A guide reports that children under 14 must have a guardian submit the form. Check the portal’s own wording before you file, because we saw this on a travel blog and not on the official page.

Check before you submit

  • Every passport number and date of birth is checked against the real passport. In a group form one mistake can delay the whole group, according to one guide.
  • Use one email address you can open at the airport.
  • Screenshot the confirmation for each person.
